Before joining Eliada, Andrew worked at Vaya Health, where he oversaw provider network operations and provider quality improvement programs. He also actively participated in statewide teams and committees, advocating for policies that benefit children and families.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Master of Public Affairs from Western Carolina University.

Born in New Jersey, Andrew’s journey eventually led him to Western North Carolina, where he discovered the region’s natural beauty and vibrant community, which deeply resonated with him. In his leisure time, Andrew enjoys reading, coaching, and spending time with his wife and two elementary-aged children.

Andrew says “It’s a profound privilege to lead an organization with such enduring, deep, and meaningful roots in our community. For over a century, Eliada Homes has faithfully supported the children and families of western North Carolina. Our unwavering mission is to sustain this legacy and continue serving for generations to come.”

The Board, staff, and children of Eliada invite the community to help us celebrate Andrew by attending Eliada’s Community Impact Celebration Luncheon on May 2nd at Eliada’s campus in Asheville. The Lunch is free, but reservations are required – space is limited. Call Dillon at 828-254-5356 x 308 to RSVP.
