This information updates the originally scheduled Muni Disc Golf Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
There will no longer be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, but the course will remain open to the public from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. for “preview play”.
Interested community members are invited to put the new course through its paces by taking advantage of free play until sundown.
Please check in via the pro shop before playing.
Friday, August 1, remains the course’s official first day of public access. The course opens at 9 a.m. Walk-ins are accepted, but to book a tee time, event, or group outing visit AshevilleMuniDisc.com.
Course rates vary, and initially will be set as follows:
Single Round: $10
Single Round Asheville City Residents: $7
Play all day: $18
Play all day: Asheville City Residents: $13
The Asheville Municipal Golf Course Pro Shop will serve as the check-in and concessions area for the new course.
