Objective: Apply thermotherapy heat and cryotherapy cold techniques in a sports massage.
The fire and ice massage incorporates heat and ice cold therapy methods to provide a deep sports treatment that will keep the body moving.
Participants need to bring a set of sheets, head rest cover,lotion/oil and six hand towels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring snacks/water as desired.
