There will be two matinees and a 10:00 pm show every day for each movie. We’ll post specific showtimes for each movie here and on our website’s movie page.

SPECIAL BONUS… At the final 10:00 pm show of each movie we will show the original Japanese version with English subtitles! All other shows will be the English dubbed version.

Tickets are only $3.00, and sales operate on our normal ticket policy of going on sale 24 hours before your desired show date.

For example, Friday movie tickets go on sale Thursday, the day before.

Intro to Pole Fitness 6 Week Pole Series (FULL)

Join Sam for an Intro to Pole Fitness 6 week series. By the end of this series, students will be all set to attend Pole 2 classes, and may also attend any Pole Dance classes on the schedule (such as Sultry Pole). Students will learn Pole Fitness Level 1 in its entirety, and will be proficient in many beginner skills upon completion. Expect a thorough yoga-inspired full body warm up followed by pole conditioning skills to help you achieve your pole fitness goals. Mike Alicke is an award winning singer-songwriter-guitarist (2012 Summit Showcase Songwriter Of The Year and Nominated 2013 Songwriter Of The Year by The Charlotte Music Awards) with many years of performing, touring, and recording experience. As founding member of the NY/NJ based acoustic- rock band Alaskan, they recorded several critically acclaimed recordings-including the well received “Red Wheel Spinning” (CD Baby)The band was a favorite at NYC’s legendary Bitter End club as well as many other well known venues such as CBGB’s, Wetlands, Mercury Lounge,
Maxwells’s etc.. before embarking on a nationwide tour hitting many hot spots such as The Fox Theatre (Boulder Co.), The House of Blues (Chicago), The Georgia Theatre (Atlanta) to name just a few. Now residing in North Carolina, he has been recently named 2012 Songwriter of the Year by the Summit Songwriter Showcase in Davidson, NC as well as nominated for Best Singer/Songwriter for The Charlotte Music Awards. He is currently performing with the Rob McHale and Friends band as well as performing a series of shows highlighting some of his best work.

Lynne Buchanan is an accomplished photographer who specializes in landscapes and water photos. She has taken photos throughout the United states and in Iceland, the Falklands, Bangladesh and Patagonia. Her award-winning photography has been exhibited in solo and group exhibits in museums and galleries.

This series will help you to embody the physical practice of yoga through discussion and practice of:

– alignment and energetics of basic standing balances, forward bends, backbends, hip mobilizers, twists etc.
– fundamentals of vinyasa (flow) or linking movement with breath
– Centering and restorative tools for rest, relaxation and self inquiry…and MORE

Jennifer will provide appropriate modifications for you and YOUR practice, recognizing that every body is different (a beautiful thing!).

Our intention is to build your confidence and awareness of the practice of yoga, so that by the time the series is over, you feel comfortable and empowered to attend classes and to roll out your mat at home, without feeling intimidated or lost.
