Support and community for trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming youth is essential to their well being, and their parents, family, and caregivers need support and community, too! Each month we have a meetup to make connections, share information and ideas, ask for advice, and be able to offer each other understanding and support. Snacks will be provided, but you are welcome to bring things to share if you’d like!
There will be no gatekeeping or demands/expectations about how you and your family navigate transition, just support and a listening ear. We are here to answer questions, offer information and support, and help you connect with other parents who are navigating similar situations, not push any agenda or expectations about what is right for your family. Bring your youth and let them enjoy the ease of socializing with other trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming youth while making something fun and creative that they can bring home with them while you get a chance to connect with other parents and caregivers and talk with our Support Programs Director, Mx. Tuesday Feral, LPCA.
Trained facilitators who are experienced with gender non-conforming youth will offer fun activities for the youth to participate in while the parents and caregivers network and support each other around the joys and trials of helping their children navigate the world and their gender in a separate, facilitated group.

One Choir, Many Voices
Singing gently at the thresholds of life in over 200 communities around the world.
Our goal is to bring ease and comfort to those at the thresholds of living and dying. A calm and focused presence at the bedside, with gentle voices, simple songs, and sincere kindness, can be soothing and reassuring to clients, family, and caregivers alike.
Many of the songs we offer are composed by Threshold Choir members specifically to communicate ease, comfort, and presence. Because our songs are not religiously oriented, our singing is appropriate for those who are deeply spiritual, whether religious or not.
The service is our gift; there is no charge.

Wandering through this life we connect with the magic of the elements of nature. Through the earth, our breath, yoga and sweet music we ground deeply into our roots. We return to our heart space. The air is wild, free and full of possibility. Water nourishes our souls while reminding us to go with the flow. We ignite the fire of passion and light an awakening within, becoming one with the elements and connecting under one sun with one voice. Join International Yoga Instructor Tara (Becky) Eschenroeder (aka “Great Abiding Yoga”) and Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter and International fingerstyle guitar champion Christie Lenee for a yoga flow with live music.
Primal flow to the beat of finger tapping, gentle meditative dance to harmonics, meditation to the croons of guitar, the transcendental hum of the voice of an angel, and the rhythms of music, will guide us as we connect with our own internal rhythms and sense of knowing.
Christie and Tara (Becky) will take you on a journey of the senses. While drinking in the sacred sounds of music, we will take in the ability to listen and to feel even deeper within. We will tap into the intuitive sense of knowing; how and when to move and when to be still. In this workshop allow yourself to reconnect to the sacred animal within, which will ultimately remind you how to simply be, both on and off the yoga mat.
