Originally built in 1898, the Historic Manor Inn has had a bright and colorful history that changed directions when the historic structure was retrofitted and converted to apartments in 1993. All units have all new plumbing, wiring, and mechanicals including central gas heat and air conditioning; custom cabinets in kitchen and baths; hardwood floors. Kitchens feature range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal. Washers & dryers included in some units. Lovely landscaping complete with a suffle board court, several porches and patios for resident use, coded security system for building entry. The original 1898 dinning room with its original furniture is available for casual use by the residents. The original 1898 lobby complete with fireplace and gas logs is also available to Manor Inn residents. No dogs, cats only with pet fee.
