Anger & Self-Compassion, A 2-Session Workshop
Do you feel like your anger is out of control? Do you find it difficult to express or resolve angry feelings? Do you feel shame about your anger?
Please join me to explore your relationship with anger through the lens of self-compassion in this 2-session workshop Sunday, July 14th and Sunday, July 21st from 12pm until 3pm each day.
This workshop will include lecture, discussion, meditation, and exercises. Snacks and tea will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
