Join us in celebration of the Grand Opening of The Blue Ridge Literacy Council Learning Center for Families and Youth!
This new space will allow the Literacy Council to expand its Family Literacy program, a multi-generational program for parents and their children. The new space will also host the Literacy Council’s new program for at-risk youth.
