Patient requirements for mammogram screenings include:
Must be 40 years of age or older
Must have a referring provider to accept results
Must not be pregnant or currently breastfeeding
Must not have any new breast problems or concerns
Must not have had a mammogram in the last 12 months
Must be able to get on and off the bus independently
