Some of our favorite regional Chefs will share creative dishes made from foods and components
we might otherwise throw away. Guests can sample the three competing bites and vote for their
favorite to crown the third Taste It Don’t Waste It champion!

Besides the cooking competition, there will be expert information about local food waste
reduction efforts, including Devil’s Foot Beverage’s Full Fruit Program, complimentary flight
tastings, and specialty mock-tail. Plan to meet other local food waste fighting businesses and
organizations at their interactive booths and fun activities. There will be a premium raffle prize
available to go home with. Come share how you’re helping the solutions and driving change!
