Ticket packages for the 2022 Ingles Southern Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships will go on sale Monday, November 1, 2021. In partnership with the Asheville Buncombe Regional Sports Commission, the city of Asheville and Buncombe County, the tournaments will be played March 3-7, 2022, at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville in Asheville, North Carolina.

All 10 SoCon men’s teams and all eight SoCon women’s teams will compete in the single-elimination tournament with the two tournament champions earning automatic bids to the NCAA tournament. First-round games will be played on Thursday, March 3, for the women and Friday, March 4, for the men. The women’s championship game is scheduled for Sunday, March 6, and the men’s championship game is scheduled for Monday, March 7.
All session and single session tickets are available through the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville Box Office or through Ticketmaster.
A variety of individual and group ticket packages are available.

What we’re about
Come join a running group that’s focus is on creating a fun, social experience for any running level. Whether your looking for an excuse to get off the couch and get out in the beautiful Asheville weather or your a competitive runner getting ready for a big race this group is for you. Group runs will be set up throughout the week on both trails and road. Options for mileage will be offered on various runs. We may even set up some runs that just happen to end up at local places where beers and laughs can be shared post run! No commitment, no pressure, just people with a love of running wanting to share their enthusiasm with others!
The 4th Annual Turkey Trot returns on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25th. Come join us for this fun and festive 5K on one of the biggest running holidays of the year. Thanksgiving is the largest running holiday with families all over the country! Turkey Trots are a great way to start the day. You’ll share miles and smiles with your family and friends as part of this fun, annual tradition.
The 21st Annual Asheville Turkey Trot 5K and Gobble Wobble 1 Mile Fun Run presented by Jus’ Running is Thanksgiving Day- Thursday, November 25, 2021. Portions of the proceeds will be donated to MANNA Food Bank. Race day packet pick up will be at Pack Square Park. The race starts on Woodfin St in front of the Downtown YMCA and finishes at Pack Square Park. Please note, due to restrictions NO DOG/PETS are allowed. Also, no strollers or wheeled vehicles. The course is not completely closed so this is for safety purposes. Race timing will be provided by Right on Time Productions.
