2022 SoCon Downtown Dribble & Kids Fest presented by Champion Credit Union

The Madness Begins Here!

The Southern Conference and the Asheville Buncombe Regional Sports Commission are excited to announce the return of the Downtown Dribble presented by Champion Credit Union to the 2022 Ingles Southern Conference Basketball Championships on Saturday, March 5, 2022. The Downtown Dribble is one of the most exciting events surrounding the basketball tournament.

Currently, we are limiting the number of participants to the first 500 children who register for the event and will be taking additional precautions to bring back one of the community’s favorite events safely. This year’s event will continue to have fun games, pep bands, cheerleaders and of course the Downtown Dribble parade starting at Pack Square Park.

Each participant in the Downtown Dribble presented by Champion Credit Union will receive a basketball, Downtown Dribble T-Shirt and a ticket to the Noon session quarterfinal basketball games. (Parents can purchase a discounted ticket at registration for $15.00) Check-in will begin at 9:30 am at Pack Square Park with the Downtown Dribble Parade beginning at 11:00 am.

We look forward to seeing you on March 5th at Pack Square Park!!
