We started with a simple mission and very little cash! After cobbling together enough funds to build an apple press and with a few connections at local orchards, we began our journey to create Asheville’s first hard cider company. Our goal is to craft delicious ciders using fresh fruit with no artificial flavors or ingredients. Today we offer a full range of Traditional and New American ciders and meads. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

One of Asheville’s newest breweries, DSSOLVR has brought life back into a building once home to the Asheville Community Resource Center. Located at at 63 N. Lexington Ave., the craft brewery focuses on collaborating with local and regional artisans to bring you equal amounts of old school and new school. In addition to beer, they also offer a whole smattering of wine, cider, mead, and non-alcoholic beverages.
