DIG LOCAL FEST

What you need to know Join us Oct 28 at Sweeten Creek Brewing to celebrate Fall, community, and our amazing local business scene! This free festival will begin with the exciting release of the Dig LocALE- a Fall Inspired and Locally Sourced English Ale made in collaboration with local malt from Riverbend Malt House, and apples from Barber Orchards Fruitstand. $1 for each Dig LocALE sold goes to support the Asheville nonprofit Food Connection! ( https://food-connection.org ) There will be LOCAL VENDORS set up selling goods and services. For each Dig LocALE sold, customers will get a Raffle ticket to enter to win prizes such as local goods, swag and gift certificates from participating vendors. This is a family friendly/dog friendly event with Live Music at 3:00 featuring the beloved kids band – “What’s Shaking” Festivities include: • Kids Costume Contest • Dog Costume Contest • Stein Holding Competition • Apple Bobbing Contest Purchase delicious BBQ and more from Bear’s BBQ.
