Body Image Foudnations: Reclaim your body, time, energy & power
Jan 7 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
A Simple Vibrant Life

Foundations: Body Shapes, Sizes & Parts: love ’em, hate ’em, livin’ with ’em.

We are so much more than these bodies, and at the same time, these bodies are the alter of the temple of life. We have been taught to run negative tapes about our bodies, and it steals our time, energy, money and power. It’s time to reclaim our bodies, which might be one of the most radical acts we can do in changing the world.

In this class we will:

celebrate and appreciate the brilliance of these bodies
unpack the cultural and familial messages around bodies, shapes, sizes and parts.
release shame we hold around our bodies, learning to accept all of ourselves, even the part that might hate my thighs.
and make steady progress to give these bodies and our lives the attention and appreciation they deserve.

STARTS January 7
5 Mondays from 5:00 – 6:30 EST
Limited to 20 women per session
Run via Zoom Conference Video (phones are acceptable.)
Daily Group Dialogues and Support
$220 for 5 weeks.*

Sign up today. A better way to deal with the holidays!
