No experience necessary ~ I will guide you
Dancing the Depths is an internal journey of connecting with yourself and you happen to be doing it within a group. Community comes after the connection to Self.
It’s a beautiful space to say yes to YOU!!!
We will travel to the depths together and you will dance with the archetype of Medusa. Listening for any guidance they may have for you.
My body will open the door and guide you throughout the workshop. Your role is to stay present with your body and trust its innate wisdom. All emotions, movements, sounds, breathing, and expressions are WELCOME in this held space.
Our bodies are capable of more than we can often comprehend and have access to limitless amounts of information. Let’s open to that together!

After seeing her fiancé on TV kissing another woman at the Thanksgiving Day Parade, Mary’s life falls apart — just in time for the holidays. Over the next year, she stumbles back into the dating world, where “romance” ranges from weird and creepy to absurd and comical. It seems nothing can help Mary’s growing cynicism, until the charm and innocence of a five-year-old boy unexpectedly brings a new outlook on life and love. This heartwarming one woman show offers a hilarious and modern alternative to the old standards of the holiday season.

Jamie Laval’s Celtic Christmas captures the beauty and atmosphere of Scotland, Ireland, Brittany, and Iceland during the holidays. An entertaining and thought-provoking family holiday experience, the show weaves a tapestry of music, dance, poetry, and stories that hearken back to the ancient Celtic celebrations associated with the Winter Solstice and Christmas.
Headlining the show is North Carolina-based violinist and storyteller Jamie Laval who in 2002 won the U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Championship. He has performed for Her Majesty The Queen, appeared on the NBC Today show, and presented a TEDx Talk. Laval’s recent album Murmurs and Drones won the popular vote for “Best World Traditional Album” in the 2012 Independent Music Awards.
Joining Laval is a cast of young, critically praised performers of Celtic harp, woodwinds, guitar, Irish step dancing, and sublime vocals.

Flight Deck Productions and Charlie Traveler Presents:
Ardalan:
Range, appeal and a massive dose of nasty, gritty bass are the three chief weapons every Dirtybird artist has in his quiver, but Ardalan seems to be the peak culmination of all those assets in one wieldy point. This young archer has had the incomprehensible luck to fall into crew with his idols, be reared by their best and given some of their most guarded musical secrets, then hoisted to a platform to blare his prodigious beats from places where most creators can only dream of being.
Born in Tehran, Iran, Ardalan possesses a peculiar, fresh perspective on music genesis without even trying. His mixes, remixes and dubs are known for their sass, energy and wickedly wry samples that snap like a wet towel to the face, but his original records are where his efforts shine, like those released with Justin Martin —“Mr. Spock,” a 2010 party anthem charted by Diplo and Jesse Rose, “LEZGO,” charted by Dog Blood (Skrillex and Boyz Noise) and “Function”, the 2015 banger that keeps giving — as well as two of his own EP’s that were released on Dirtybird, “The Yeah / No” and “Thunderdad”. It is no wonder he has been given the nod by everyone, from Papa Dirtybird himself (Claude VonStroke) and A-Trak, to those who are charting his remixes, like Maya Jane Coles, Audiojack, and Riva Starr.
The greatest strength in Ardy’s music is his ability to whip out hits that work equally well from the dankest basements to the most opulent dance-floors; sounds that satisfy those with diverse tastes who can unite under his single agenda of having a good time.

Reclaimed Creations is a unique sculpture exhibit created by renowned artist Sayaka Ganz. Utilizing reclaimed plastic objects, such as discarded utensils, Ganz creates amazing sculptures that visually appear unified at a distance, but are in fact separated when examined up close. Described as using a “3D impressionistic” style, Ganz’s exhibit includes installations of animals in motion, which are in rich in color and energy, to create an illusion of form.
About the Artist
Born in Yokohama, Japan, Sayaka Ganz grew up living in Japan, Brazil and Hong Kong. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in sculpture from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. A lecturer and teacher, Ganz’s work has been displayed at various institutions around the globe, including the Hermann Geiger Foundation in Cecina, Italy, the Isle Gallery in Isle of Man, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California.
My work is about perceiving harmony, even in situations that appear chaotic from the inside. When observing my sculptures up close, one might see gaps, holes and items being held on only by small points; step away, however, and the sculptures reveal the harmony created when the objects are aligned to the same general (but not identical) direction. Similarly, it is important to gain perspective by stepping back from current problems and look at the larger picture. Then one can perceive the beauty and patterns that exist.”
