MUSIC, BEER, BIKES!
Hendersonville’s own Sanctuary Brewing Company is once again helping to lift the community, this time by organizing a bike drive to people in the community transition to a better life!
Starting Sunday, August 12th, anyone can drop off a bike at Sanctuary between the hours of 2 and 5. Anyone that donates a bike gets entered into a raffle with some top-notch prizes including new bikes, camping excursions, and Sanctuary gift baskets! The winners of the raffle will be announced on Saturday, October 27th with a party at Sanctuary Brewing Company!
“We realized there are so many ways we can help our community through or brick and mortar business, so we’re always trying to find creative ways to help the people of Hendersonville live their very best lives. That’s why we’re so incredibly excited about this first of a kind Sanctuary Bike Drive!”.
Sanctuary Brewing Co. isn’t only committed to serving up great tasting beer. It boasts an inclusive philosophy of service and advocacy to both humans and animals. Each month, the brewery hosts a community event called Haircuts for Hendo along with local businesses like Lux Salon and Sharewell Coffee who donate their time and efforts to serve the community. Lux Salon offers free haircuts to those in need, Sharewell Coffee provides free coffee, and Sanctuary Brewing Company provides a hot meal, clothing, bags of self-care necessities, and job resources to help Hendersonville homeless get back on their feet. The bike drive is an extension of the brewery’s efforts to help people succeed.
The bikes will be distributed to people residing in or working through programs at Hendersonville Rescue Mission, located in downtown Hendersonville.

We’d love to have one more day of fun outside with all of you before the weather (actually) turns too cool for fun, outdoor excursions! Bring yourself, your family, your kids, your friends, a tasty dish to share (if you are able, if not there will be plenty to share) and join us for some socializing and spooky pumpkin carving fun! Let’s enjoy the opportunity to connect and reconnect with our community before the colder months are truly upon us.

If you are interested in helping to make our awesome programming and events happen, this is also a great time to get more information about opportunities to join us and make sure these programs and events are grand successes! Without our volunteers none of what we do would be possible, so join us in serving our thriving and vibrant community today.
As always friends, family, and children are welcome at the social events, so feel free to bring your crew, we’d love to share some space with them, too. ♥
This is an alcohol and substance-free event to ensure that everyone in our community can come and enjoy some connected community time without having to worry about endangering their sobriety. <3 Thanks for understanding!
