What better way to celebrate fall than enjoying a cold beer in the crisp mountain air? Tryon’s 10th Annual Beer Fest, presented by Tryon Downtown Development Association and New View Realty, will take place at the Historic Tryon Depot on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 1pm-6pm. Join us for regional and local craft beer, local food truck favorites, fun games and live music. Event organizers will be closely monitoring state and national COVID-19 guidelines, and staff will adhere to hygienic practices throughout the event (hand sanitizer provided, contactless pours, etc.). Gather your friends and family (of drinking age) for hilarious and sometimes hazardous stories by comics and regular folks where the drink did them in. This is an audience interactive show!!
Join instructor Jacqueline along with vocal meditation specialist and sound healer Shana Adams for this collaborative workshop experience.
The two will teach different breathing techniques and the benefits of each, linking them together with an asana to create a gentle flow. Shana will play the pan drum during the yoga portion.
After yoga, Shana will lead participants through a few sound activities for the collective group. She’ll then introduce the chakra bowls, in which Jacqueline will lead a point by point relaxation while Shana plays the chakra bowls, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to fully unwind and release.
The workshop will end with a 7-10 minute savasana sound bath.

Your senses will be dazzled by this completely immersive experience.
