Barrel-Aged Chocolate Truffle Stout Release
Oct 30 @ 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Highland Brewing Company

The latest release from our barrel program is pure chocolate and bourbon bliss. Back in January, we brewed a chocolate stout using cocoa nibs from French Broads Chocolates. We filled a few bourbon barrels with that beer and let it sit for nine months. The result is a hefty stout that delivers layer upon layer of decadently rich chocolate and boozy bourbon.

Come out for the release of this Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chocolate Truffle Stout and keep an eye out for more barrel-aged beer releases in the coming months!
