Looking for the perfect holiday gift? The White Labs team is hosting round two of our ultra-popular course Challenge Your Taste Buds! This fun, interactive (and virtual) experience allows YOU to be the sensory professional. While tasting delicious, high-quality beer, obviously…
By utilizing the easy-to-navigate tasting app, SampleOx, attendees will evaluate White Labs Brewing Company’s brand new can releases! After evaluation, each attendee will receive a live tasting score showing just how accurately they matched with the professional sensory panel at White Labs (woo!). This event is perfect for any experience level and is made simple with the guidance of White Labs’ Education & Engagement Curator, Jo Doyle. Join us as we spend a fun evening tasting unique, fermentation-focused beers while we increase our tasting knowledge.
The Details $25 gets you:
- One mixed four-pack of 16oz cans including White Labs Brewing Co. Tabberer IPA (WLP001 & WLP008) and Dark Lager (WLP800 & WLP810)
- Access to the digital event
We encourage doing this with a partner as we will be opening four 16oz. cans over the span of 90 minutes. This is an interactive zoom event where engagement and discussion is encouraged! Our fermentation experts will be there during the virtual event, so you can interact, ask questions, make comments and (virtually) hang with your fellow beer lovers.
We will be using the app Sample OX for the tasting portion. We encourage participants to download the app prior to the event. There will be a join code provided that will direct you to the correct event.
Beer pick-up will be available on Saturday, December 26th and Sunday, December 27th from our downtown Asheville Taproom during open business hours (11:30am-9pm). Our Asheville location, White Labs Kitchen & Tap, is located at 172 S. Charlotte St.
