At Storm PT, we are committed to your health, recovery, wellness, and performance. Our goal is to restore and improve your strength, mobility, stability, and overall function and performance. All our appointments are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Our physical therapist has years of experience working with professional to collegiate to high school athletes as well as weekend warriors. She has treated patients from newborn to 105 years of age. Currently, she continues to commute regularly to New England to work with police, fire, and military members, providing education and training on injury prevention.

This monthly event is co-sponsored with Blue Ridge Community College\’s Small Business Center, the City of Hendersonville Main Street program, and the Hendersonville Merchants & Business Association features several speakers on timely community events and issues affecting our business community.
WEDNESDAY HIKE
Asheville urban hike 5+ miles
Please join us for a brisk downtown hike! The planned route will include neighborhoods, wooded trail, and views of the city from the ridge. We planned this route with the lovely views and fall foliage in mind. 🍁🍂
Please remember to bring or wear a headlamp, bright colors, and reflective gear if you have it. Keep in mind that we will be walking on some roads without sidewalks however, they are not heavily trafficked. 🦺
We will start and end the hike at White Labs where we can enjoy food and drinks after.

The Spa at Capitola Mill is a day spa located in downtown Marshall NC. We offer Massage, Facials, Foot Soak & Reflexology, Himalayan Salt Room Sessions, & Sauna Sessions.
The Spa at Capitola Mill is thrilled to commemorate their first year in business. Their celebration will align with downtown Marshalls “Jingle Mingle” event. We’ll follow up with an emotion identification and coloring exercise. The YMCA Mobile Market takes place in the Enka-Candler Library community room. Bring your grocery bags and get fresh food for your family. The market provides fresh produce paired with healthy recipes and a Community Engagement Table with valuable services. The Buncombe County Healthy Living Mobile Unit administers free vaccines, referrals, harm reduction resources, health education, and community resource navigation. While you’re here, stop over to get a library card if you don’t have one, pick up a cookbook or two to experiment with your bundle of groceries, or grab a DVD to watch while snacking.
