Guests can enjoy the Pop-up’s on-site full bar and restaurant, The Whitman, an exquisite dining venue that seats 150 guests. With daily indoor and outdoor dining opportunities, The Whitman will offer shareable plates that mix Miami flavor with locally sourced products.

Designed from modular shipping containers transformed into a lush, tropical oasis, it embodies the signature aesthetic of Bal Harbour Shops. Guests will be transported into a Zen garden-like environment, complete with palm trees, fountains, and lush greenery, all set to a curated soundtrack that enhances the ambiance. Covered walkways with cooling fans and a retractable canopy will ensure an inviting and comfortable experience.

Monthly Visitor is a new class series by Period Nirvana. Every month, we will host a speaker to teach a class or lead a workshop in their area of expertise. We’ll be kicking off the series with a basic course on pelvic floor anatomy, common issues such as stress/urge incontinence, and pelvic pain. The class will be about an hour long with the opportunity to shop for menstrual care and wellness products afterwards. “My journey as a physical therapist has developed greatly through the years. After graduating from Wheeling University in 2016, I spent time working in Virginia and West Virginia before falling in love with Asheville, North Carolina. I completed an orthopedic residency program in orthopedics in 2020 and became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Since that time, I have also found my passion for treating individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. It quickly became clear to me that symptoms of urinary and fecal incontinence, frequency/urgency, pelvic pain, pain with sexual activity are under-reported and under-treated. I love empowering individuals to reclaim their confidence and help lift the feelings of isolation associated with it! I have completed extensive training to treat the pelvic health population through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, earning the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification, and Institute of Clinical Excellence.

With music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable will capture your heart with its irresistible songs, including “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.” Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.
A talkback with the cast & crew of Disney’s The Little Mermaid will be held following certain the performance on Sunday, June 15.

We will begin with a brief overview of the current astrology aspects in our sky. Then enjoy a powerful yet relaxing 45 min. gong meditation followed by an integration.
When the gong sings, you listen. You listen listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more.
