All right kiddies, it’s time to start planning out the season of spooks. 27 Club is proud to announce our 1st annual 6 Nights of Halloween! Every night is a different party and a different costume theme. Bust out those sewing machines and makeup palettes. You want amazing live music? We got it! You want to dress up like a zombie and dance like a lunatic? We got that too! You want to channel the spirits of the dead? We got you! We’ve got so many spooky events planned we’ll have Dracula himself sucking eggs.
Friday, October 26: Live synthwave music from Cold Choir and The Build. Dress-up theme is to space out in your favorite sci-fi costume.
Saturday, October 27: As Sick As Us, Systematic Devestation, and Chaos Among Cattle melt your faces. Bust out the black dye and mustaches. The costume theme is Lemmy and Siouxsie Sioux look-alike. m/
Sunday, October 28: Get crafty! We’re carving pumpkins, helping each other with costumes, spider-webbing everything in sight, and covering the world in our creative juices. Then Reel 2 Real is putting on a very special October reprisal. What scared you most as a kid? Guess what? That’s what you’re dressing up as.
Monday, October 29: Zombie Prom! Hit up Goodwill and get all corpsed up for an deadite dance party. Mr. Morrow will be DJing your favorite horror hits. Zombie Prom ftw!
Tuesday, October 30: Jai The Grand Maw will be hosting a very special séance as we channel the spirits of our favorite rock stars. More music from DJ Grave Rose and dancing to follow. Dress up as your favorite rock star, dead or alive.
Wednesday, October 31: The main event! Violet Moon will be hosting Blood Bath, the spookiest, most splendiferous party ever. Costume contest! Blood wrestling! Sugar cookies! Ghosts and monsters and stuff!
Then we all die and go home. We hope to see each and every one of your haunted faces every day. Going to be fun!

PURGATORY Dance Party Kicks Off Halloween Weekend in Asheville
ASHEVILLE, NC –Come celebrate your inner sinner with the Beer City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence at The Underground at O’Henry’s on Friday, October 26th from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. PURGATORY is a dance party fundraiser with all profits supporting the Advocacy Fund of the Beer City Sisters 501(c)3. “It’s the most incredible, visually stunning, bass pounding Halloween experience around! PURGATORY is a dance party unlike anything Asheville has ever seen,” says member Sister Wilma Holeburn. Guests will enjoy an evening of stunning visuals, special lighting, heart-stopping bass and music, and photo opportunities with the “Seven Deadly Sins.” There will be a cash bar with beer and cocktails, and special pop-up performances by some of the Beer City Sisters. Costumes are optional or come dressed as your inner sinner, demon, or angel. No masks please.
The Beer City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are a 501(c)3 public charitable organization located in Asheville, NC. They are dedicated to the support, education, and development of the Western North Carolina community. With the larger goals to promote universal joy and expiate stigmatic guilt, the Beer City Sisters are also dedicated to promoting and celebrating diversity, social awareness, the prevention of all sexually transmitted diseases, and total eradication of hate. They serve the community through creative expression and humor for advocacy, education, outreach and philanthropy. As well as being a completely volunteer-run organization, all profits from every event go to local charities.

Back in 2015 Buxton Hall threw our first ever dance party and man, was it a hit, and we can’t stop, won’t stop. We’re throwing a giant spooky, music-infused, dance-off, costumed extravaganza – in partnership with 103.3 AshevilleFM. After trick-or-treating, come on down to Buxton Hall for a late-night haunted dance party with rotating DJs, dancing, and little delicious spooky Buxton bites. The event kicks off 103.3 AshevilleFM’s Fall Fund Drive – just a $5 donation at the door.

Each year, we try to outdo the year before with how we show our appreciation to all of our cider-lovers that have helped us grow our local/family business. This year, we will debut our outdoor stage with FREE LIVE MUSIC, unveil the completed U.O.C.C. South Slope Headquarters and finish the night off with DJ Malinalli’s Dance Party till the wee hours.
Fire Flights! 6 Craft Chili Ciders from the spicy cider originators. Starts at a barely noticeable spice from local jalapeños in Hop-a-leño Cider to a real blazer from locally grown Scorpion peppers (Carolina Reaper) in Scorpion King Cider, and everything in between.

It’s sure to be a graveyard smash as the Metro by T-Mobile Halloween Monster Truck Mash brings eight of the coolest monster trucks and the first trick-or-treat party of the year to celebrate the Halloween spirit at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Adults – $20 (Advance)/$25 Day of event
Monster trucks that will perform include Snake Bite, X-Termigator, Ice Cream Man, Black Stallion, Overkill, Buckshot, Tailgator and Predator. The eight trucks will compete in two disciplines: racing and freestyle, always a fan favorite.
