ASHEVILLE SPRING HERB FESTIVAL
Enter Gate #7 or Gate #5 for parking. Expo Building has a blue roof, located behind the Davis Event Center.
<div “=””>In 2022, the festival will be at our new home in the Exhibition Hall at the WNC Agricultural Center. You’ll find the Ag Center on Boylston Highway/Airport Road, just south of the Asheville Airport — the festival will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30; and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1.

Join Show & Tell for a monthly Sunday Market celebrating and supporting local + indie craft, design, and vintage. Gather with friends and family in the open air at this one-of-a-kind outdoor venue in Downtown Asheville and shop vintage clothes, housewares, handmade jewelry, ceramics, apparel and more. The Asheville Blue Ridge Rose Society will sell many varieties of roses, including own-root, fragrant, miniature, and old garden roses. Expert rosarians will be on hand to help you choose the perfect rose and to give practical advice on growing and caring for roses.
Extension Master GardenerSMvolunteers will offer a huge selection of plants for any garden spot. Choose among perennials for sun or shade, groundcovers, native plants, vegetable starts, herbs, shrubs, and even a few small trees. Garden art, books on gardening and some hard goods will also be available. Our volunteers will help you select the right plant for the right place and answer your gardening questions.
Planting activity for children will be offered. Parental supervision required.
Rain or shine, we’ll see you there!
While the county mask mandate has been lifted, participants for all events and activities are welcome to wear a mask to feel more comfortable.

In the lower level parking lot of the Folk Art Center, Guild members will have an opportunity to share their creative efforts with the public in an outdoor carefully-spaced layout. Visitors can shop for a variety of fine craft of different disciplines: bladesmithing, glassblowing, wheel-thrown and hand-built ceramics, woodturning, metalsmithing, leatherwork, and furniture making.
The public will get to see beautiful craftwork in a fun, casual setting while Guild members have an opportunity to find new homes for their pieces.

The Friends of the Enka-Candler Library Big Book Sale is back!
They’ll be hosting two days of sales from the Library community room. Stock up for summer and for the rest of the year. Plenty of deals on books you don’t want to miss from children’s books to adult, plus music, DVDs and tote bags.
All proceeds from the sale go back to the Enka-Candler Library from programs to furniture.
The Henderson County Curb Market hosts its June Jubilee along with its
98th Anniversary Celebration, this is sure to be a fun filled event for the whole family, there will be a hot dog plate lunch available
to purchase, live music by Two Fer with David Emmons and Glenn Case, and balloons, treats and activities for the children,
including a “plant a flower” project at the children’s activity table, Visitors will want to take time to shop with vendors for produce,
unique and beautiful items made by our local crafters, fresh baked goods, free range eggs, preserves and more, With each
purchase a raffle ticket will be given for a chance to win a lovely basket filled with Curb Market items, along with a free packet of
seeds,
