Band of Horses
Jun 27 @ 8:00 pm
Peace Center

There might be no other band that was able to channel the generational anxiety in those early millennial years and turn it into such powerful and inclusive art quite like Band of Horses. Band of Horses fashioned gorgeously ragged epics, Ben Bridwell’s high-flying vocals and eccentric enunciation floating like a specter that felt like a prelude to a dream. Full of profundity, truth, and sometimes just homespun advice on how to live, Band of Horses songs have become anthems and touchstones for fans.

Energetic Experiences

Sonic Spheres
The Sphere Of Mystery

Join us for an immersive sound journey into the mystery of vibration and resonance. More than just sound waves traveling through air, sound is the invisible thread weaving together all of existence – connecting stars to our beating hearts, and speaking directly to the soul.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” – Nikola Tesla

You will be gently guided through layers of harmonic tones and resonant frequencies designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken profound inner balance. Each sound becomes a gateway, carrying messages beyond words and inviting you to journey inward, beyond thought and time.

This is the first, inaugural Sonic Sphere. They each will have a theme, a specific instrumentation and/or carry their own unique quality. Each one offers a sacred space where every vibration holds a secret, every silence hums with possibility, and every tone helps you reconnect to the universal rhythm that connects us all.

Be the first to experience ✩ The Sphere of Mystery ✩

Please bring any comfort items you might want: a pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc. We have a limited number here to offer.

The energetic exchange starts at $20. Please be generous and give more if you can to support both facilitator and host. Spaces are limited.

Reserve your place HERE or RSVP through Meetup.

Note: If the number of participants is less than 4, the event might be canceled.

Experience reggae revolutionaries Steel Pulse, LIVE on their 50th Anniversary Tour! July 2nd @ French Broad River Brewery – OUTDOOR stage! Presented by Asheville Music Hall. ALL AGES welcome! Get Your Tickets NOW: https://buff.ly/YFzDUo6

Bearing witness to the accelerating negativity of global affairs, Steel Pulse emerges with musical vengeance to halt the disarray of humanity. The bands twelfth studio production, titled Mass Manipulation, reflects four decades committed to bettering mankind through music. Steel Pulse continues to be revolutionary in engaging controversial topics of racial injustice and human rights on a global scale. Their musical stance and conceptualizations are as potent and relevant today as they were at the beginning of their career. The album’s uniquely thematic approach provokes thought as it presses forward, toward humanities unification. A manipulation of our minds has been influenced by a New World Order currently dominating humankind. Steel Pulse reappears at a fated moment, armed with compassion, encouraging all people to reject false ideals, set higher goals, and demand more from themselves to further this unification.

Sound Bath & Gong Meditation with David Heiss
Jul 5 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Energetic Experiences

Join us for a relaxing sound bath meditation led by David Heiss, Master gong player and sound healing musician. David has been playing gongs and facilitating sound healing journeys since 2012. You can learn more about his work at [https://starsounds.love](https://www.starsounds.love/)

Leave the week’s stress behind as you relax and reset your nervous system with this special clearing crystal gong bath.

We will begin with a brief overview of the current astrology aspects in our sky. Then enjoy a powerful yet relaxing 45 min. gong meditation followed by an integration.

When the gong sings, you listen. You listen listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually surrenders to the soundwave as you begin to relax, feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies can awaken stagnant energy. The experience is like a personal dream. There are moments during a gong meditation where the subconscious can become more conscious, where illumination and insight follows.

Suggested donations for this event are $20-40. Donations can be made at the event via cash or Venmo.

Please bring any comfort items you may desire: blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, etc. We do not yet have enough community items for everyone.
