Their set will include the duo’s interpretations of favorites from artists Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Jackson 5, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Jim Croce, Dire Straits, Doobie Bros, Allman Bros, U2, Guns and Roses, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, and many more.

Five Southern women, whose friendships began many years ago on their college swim team, set aside a long weekend every August to recharge those relationships. Once upon a time in the budding music-mecca of Asheville, NC, a man with a trumpet, an acoustic guitar and a mission metamorphosed into the synergistic soul/indie-pop band, Hustle Souls. With 2 ½ years of touring under their belt, the band’s feel-good, modern meets vintage sound, have earned them a reputation as one of the region’s most promising independent acts.

Lead singer and keyboardist, Billy Litz’s rootsy influences and vulnerable compositions are embroidered, garnished, and decked out by a powerhouse soul band. The rhythm section, Tommy Moore and Sean McCann aggressively usher in a tight jazz and R&B influence, while guitarist, Chris Everett, brings the group to the next level with his rock-ribbed feel.

​In 2017 the band was approached by gold and platinum mixer and producer Eric “Mixerman” Sarafin (Ben Harper, the Broadcast, Pharcyde) about making a record which has set the ball rolling at a different pace. Hustle Souls’ eclectic sound will soon come together on their debut full-length album, “Color.”

Actress and comedian Janeane Garofalo has been an American institution since she burst on the scene in 1992.

Janeane has had many memorable and critically acclaimed roles in films such as “The Truth About Cats and Dogs,” “Wet Hot American Summer,” “Ratatouille,” “Steal This Movie,” “Reality Bites,” “Romy and Michelle’s High School Reunion,” “Mystery Men,” “The Ten” and “The Cable Guy”. Janeane also co-authored the best seller “Feel This Book,” with Ben Stiller.

Janeane was a cast member of the Emmy Award-winning Ben Stiller Show and played the role of Paula, the acerbic talent booker, on “The Larry Sanders Show,” for which she received an Emmy nomination. During the fall of ’94 she joined the cast of “Saturday Night Live.” Some of Janeane’s other television work includes two specials for HBO, FOX’s “24,” “Mad About You,” and the final season of NBC’s “The West Wing,” where she played Democratic campaign strategist Louise Thornton.

In addition to acting in film and television, Janeane is an outspoken activist, spoken word performer and stand-up comedy entertainer known and respected around the world. She was instrumental in the successful launching of the first liberal radio network, Air America Radio, where she hosted her own talk show, “The Majority Report.” A lightning rod for controversy, Janeane’s well informed opinions and unflinching honesty have inspired laughs, as well as striking a chord with the left, right and everyone in between.

Chris Charpentier is a stand up comic born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He was a “New Face” at the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs in 2015 and was named “One to Watch” at the LA Riot Comedy Festival. Chris has also been in the Bridgetown, High Plains, OddBall and Aspen Comedy Festivals. You can often catch Chris opening the for hilarious Josh Blue, whom he met at their home club, the world famous Comedy Works.

Chris has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and has a recurring role in TruTv’s “Those Who Can’t”. He also appeared on Viceland’s “Flophouse” and FuseTV’s “Uproarious”.
