Live Morning Didgeridoo Meditation
May 10 @ 7:30 am – 8:00 am
online

Tune in with me on Facebook Live each morning at 7:30am for a 20 minute live meditation with didgeridoo. I’ll be guiding you through simple and effective ways that will help you to:

  • Calm your nervous system
  • Become more resilient to stress
  • Get you ready for the day and evening

The intention is for you to learn this simple skillset quickly and use it right now to stay centered, balanced and show up for yourself, your family, and your community.

The more of us that can do that, the better! I hope to see you soon.

Warmly,

Corey Costanzo

online
You’re Invited!

Topic:
Tourism, Restaurants and Sporting Events…where are we now and what lies ahead.

About this Event:
The BAC is more than just a networking group or a think tank of service providers, nonprofits and employers coming together. It’s also a support network. That is why we will continue to hold our Business Advisory Council meetings throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Please join us for an insightful meeting May 12 on Zoom.

Generally, Goodwill provides lunch at these meetings. But under the current circumstances, this meeting will be a virtual pot luck! Prepare your favorite lunch and log on to learn how crisis is affecting the local tourism and hospitality industry, and how we might collectively help in the efforts going forward. I also want to give time and attention to all of you to share what’s on your mind or heart. Presenters are:

  • Stephanie Brown, President and CEO of Explore Asheville
  • Jane Anderson, Executive Director of the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association
  • Demp Bradford, President of the Asheville Buncombe Regional Sports Commission

Things to do to prepare for the event:
1. Support a local restaurant by getting take-out to bring to the event
2. When you join, we encourage you to join with video so we can see your smiling face
3. Bring any questions you may have for this amazing group of speakers.

Once you have registered, a link to the meeting will be sent to you.

The Orange Peel

All Ages

An institution can be relied on. Its foundations don’t shake due to the winds of change or tides of trends – no matter how volatile, omnipresent, or tenuous.

With steadfast determination, drive, and dedication, HATEBREED cement themselves as one of heavy music’s strongest institutions on their seventh full-length offering and very first for Nuclear Blast worldwide, 2016’s »The Concrete Confessional«. Since 1994, the Connecticut quintet – Jamey Jasta (vocals), Chris Beattie (bass), Wayne Lozinak (guitars), Frank Novinec (guitars), and Matthew Byrne (drums) – has risen to the ranks of hardcore and heavy metal elite with a GRAMMY® Award nomination, main stage slots on festivals, and countless fans worldwide. 2013’s The Divinity Of Purpose earned their highest entry on the Billboard Top 200, bowing at #17 with impressive first-week sales in excess of 17,000. When it came time to return to the studio after two years on the road, Jasta and his cohorts clung to the bedrock on which their legacy stands firm.
