Our January 12th class is almost sold out!
Spafford are known for their astonishing improvisational ability and off-the-cuff extended jams, Spafford paints a picture in real-time each night with a musical palette known only to each other. It’s a private language comprised of both their talent as musicians as well as their formidable catalog of influences, spanning 90’s alt-rock radio hits to Steely Dan and The Crystal Method. Each Spafford show is a sonic pilgrimage, the journey of a team of musicians so in tune with each other that a single note communicates intent and purpose. Spafford is amongst the most creative and hard-traveling bands on the contemporary jam scene, performing countless sold-out headline dates along with high profile festival sets at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Firefly Music Festival, and many others.

Sexbruise? is a satirical pop band from Charleston, SC that combines elements of improvisation, electronic music, poppy hooks, and audience participation to create an unforgettable live experience. Despite their extreme wealth and lavish lifestyle, Sexbruise? grew up on a dirt road right down the street from Pappy’s Hardware Shop, and subsequently is very in tune with the struggles and plight of middle america.
Sexbruise? has been featured at Sweetwater 420 Fest, Hulaween, Rooster Walk Music and Arts Festival, Floyd Fest, and Resonance Fest, and will be announcing other pending festies, assuming this damn virus doesn’t fuck us at the last second again.
Sexbruise?’s shows can be described as a giant party. The tunes are memorable, the stage presence exciting, and the antics unpredictable. And there are snacks. Thrown from the stage. The band has prepared pancakes and pizza on stage, brought out dancers in animal costumes, hired fake demonstrators to protest their shows, and many more other cool things.

After realizing that getting a decent SAT score wasn’t Kenyon’s true calling in life, he started stand up in high school and has gone on to open for Todd Glass, Tim Dillon, Ian Edwards, and Big Jay Oakerson. He has also appeared on Sirius XM. Kenyon is a regular at the Laugh Factory Chicago and Zanie’s. Growing up biracial with disabled parents, Kenyon brings a unique perspective to the stage that has left audiences at clubs and festivals in ruins all over the country.

Come and experience some Beatles magic as Abbey Road LIVE! delivers its signature performance: the entire Abbey Road album, start-to-finish. Featuring classics such as Come Together, Here Comes The Sun and the epic Side 2 medley, Abbey Road has been widely recognized as the Fab Four’s finest musical work. And that’s half of the evening: fans will be treated to another set of Beatles tunes spanning the band’s 8-year, 200 song career.
Abbey Road LIVE! is not your typical look-alike Beatle tribute act. Don’t expect mop-top wigs and phony British accents. Rather, this band is about bringing some of the more complex Beatles music to life in a raw & spirited fashion, while remaining true to the original recordings.
And the band’s creative exuberance is infectious. At a typical Abbey Road LIVE! show, audiences young and old can found gleefully singing along with every word, many relishing the chance to hear this monumental music performed live — something the Beatles themselves never did, as they stopped touring in 1966, before many of their best albums were released.

This 6-week workshop series is inspired by Richard Rohr’s, “Breathing Under Water: Spirituality and the Twelve Steps”. Throughout this series, we will explore The Twelve Steps as described in this powerful book and how they connect with Spirituality and Yoga. Join instructor, Rosie Mulford, as she takes you on a journey to gain a deeper understanding of how the ancient principles in the Gospels and the modern-day Twelve Steps can help to free those who struggle with addiction.
Interweaving yogic philosophy and asana to “connect the dots,” this 6-week workshop will include discussion, movement, pranayama and relaxation.
This course is open to all recovery paths or anyone affected by addiction and no prior yoga experience is required.
We will unpack 3 major principles of addiction:
1. We all have a universal addiction to the way we think 2. We must recognize that we are already that which we seek to become and we already have that which we desire 3. We need to rid ourselves of the heaviness of the ego in order to see what we are and what we have
