You may want a mat, chair, and/or a blanket as you sit or lie back and experience this beautiful release. Sound bowls will hum over you as your energy is moved, balanced, and reset.

Yoga with Goats!
Yoga with playful goats…it is just as ridiculous and amazing as it sounds. You can expect to grin, giggle, move, and flow alongside the sweetest little snuggly socialites. The goats may pull your attention away from your movement practice from time to time but they are the most adorable anchors to the present moment and can spark pure joy.
In the summer, imagine moving through your sun salutation in a wide open field as baby goats frolic nearby. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and revel in the expansiveness of wide open spaces. In the winter, snuggle up with these young kids in a covered event barn with a crackling wood stove to keep you all toasty.
These goat yoga classes take place on secluded, private farms tucked away in peaceful valleys and we can’t wait to share them with you!
Come celebrate 3 years at One World Brewing with Jamie!
Levels 1+ this class is designed to build heat in the body and release excess kapha during the winter. We are working as a class towards headstands with a goal of early April. Expect strength building.
Class is held inside. Bring your mat. Stay for complementary mimosas or non-alcoholic beverages afterwards!
