Mojo Coworking is hosting another coworking day just for us!
In the Mojo Social Hall, they’ll have a combination of individual desks and group work tables for up to 50 people. Grab a single desk by the window, or share a round table with friends for the day. Upstairs, phone booths will be available on a drop-in basis, and a conference room by reservation.

Snacks will be provided by…all of us! It’s the return of the snack potluck — if you’re up for it, bring something easy to share with the group.

The Social Lounge

For the first time in years, The Social Lounge will be open late for a rooftop summer dance party featuring DJ Lil Meow Meow. Cocktails available at the bar. Open to ages 21 and older.

Lilac Health Asheville Birth and Wellnes Center has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming environment for expecting families. Our center features state-of-the-art birthing suites, each with a private bathroom and comfortable furnishings. Our staff of experienced midwives and birth assistants will provide personalized care throughout the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, we will celebrate the opening of this wonderful facility and welcome everyone to tour the center, to take a closer look at our beautiful birthing suites, learn about our services, and meet our team. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask any questions and enjoy light refreshments.

Whether you are expecting or simply interested in learning more about our Birth Center, all is welcome to join us for this special occasion. We are excited to share this new chapter with our community and look forward to seeing you there!

It’s time to catch a show in the Big Barn here at Hickory Nut Gap Farm in gorgeous Fairview, NC! Come out from 6pm-9pm to see a favorite of ours, ZYDECO YA YA! A powerhouse band from the Piedmont area of the Carolinas and Georgia that play high energy Louisiana sound of Zydeco.

What goes better with high stepping, blaring accordion, the rhythm of a washboard and a cold brew better than traditional Cajun food- we’ll have VOODOO ROUX food truck, Cajun cuisine by cousins and business partners Emanuel Nunez and Brian Richards out of Black Mountain, NC. Can I get a beignet, Mon Cher?

Hickory Nut Gap will have a bar serving local beers, ciders, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages to slake your thirst between reels. We cannot wait to dust off our good boots and dance again with y’all.

Celebrate the women in your life with women-centric networking. Athena of Henderson County presents this unique and informal networking opportunity designed to inspire and connect women. No entrance fee – just bring your business cards and enjoy expanding your network! Join us this month at the Henderson County EMS Center with host, Kathy Morgan, 2021 Athena Recipient and first female Henderson County Rescue Squad Chief. Along with networking, we’ll have the chance to tour this facility and learn about the services and support the Henderson County Emergency Medical Services provides throughout our community! 2023 Empower Hours are Presented by Beverly-Hanks & Associates – Ali Thomas.

Beginner’s workshop lesson at 7:30 P.M., then 8-11 P.M. Contra Dance with Country Waltzing at the break and the final dance. This is a partner dance but it’s not necessary to come with a partner. We have different live bands and callers.

Terpsicorps Theatre of Dance has been producing cutting edge, world class dance in Asheville since 2003. Utilizing hand picked professional dancers in the summers when they are off contract from critically acclaimed dance companies, has given the dance lovers in our community the opportunity to enjoy performances of a caliber seldom seen outside of major metropolitan cities.

Created for students with an intermediate level of dance training, this camp will teach you how to rock a musical theatre dance call.
