To celebrate AVL Beer Week and our 1st Anniversary, we want to do what we do best. Throw out the rules, blur the lines and explore the full spectrum of adult beverages.
We have put together our favorite example of beer like wines and cider wine hybrids into a unique tasting experience. We will guide you through different expressions of grapes through co-fermentation, re-fermentation and and blending. Is it beer? Is it wine? Is it cider? Does it matter?
You’ll enjoy a flight of grape-y goodness accompanied by light bites. You’ll find Cellarest Beer Project and Zillicoah in the flight along with some Botanist & Barrel.
Vegan food options available upon request.

Jazz Sunday at One World Brewing West is a modern jazz jam held every Sunday afternoon from 1-4pm. Previously known as Jazz Monday, the jam has been running non stop since July, 2018 at the West Asheville brewery and is hosted weekly by The Fully Vaccinated Jazz Trio, consisting of Ray Ring on guitar, Jason DeCristofaro on drums, piano and vibraphone, and Connor Law on bass. Jazz Sunday typically features a guest artist for a short set and then welcomes jazz musicians of all levels to sit in for the remainder of the afternoon on One World’s spacious outdoor stage.

Our Battle of the Breweries tournament serves as an all out sports ball bout for our Western North Carolina brew buds. This grueling display is a complete measure of each breweries teamwork, composure, talent, and of course ultimately determines who brews the best beer! This 6v6 Co-Ed tournament is held at Highland Brewing Company during Beer Week as one of the many events and is set to be an annual staple. Bragging rights are on the line, but really it’s a fun way for our breweries to interact outside of work. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE CURRENT EMPLOYEES OF THE BREWERY THEY ARE PLAYING FOR. There must be at least 1 male and 1 female on the court at all times.

Join us for an Off-Topic conversation with the Lifting Lucy Foundation, supporting Black, Indigenous, and all Women of Color (BIWOC) in beer industry events and educational opportunities. $10 tickets include access to the conversation, a glass of your choice, and a guided beer tasting. Tickets are not needed to listen in. 100% of the tickets sales will be donated to the Lifting Lucy Foundation.
Imagine moving through your sun salutation on a mountaintop as the sky glows all around you (or stay in savasana for the full hour! No one here will judge you!) Marvel at nature’s light show, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and revel in the expansiveness of wide open spaces. This is our favorite version of our classic Yoga Hike here in Asheville and is offered in season (typically May – October) with start times planned approximately 2hrs prior to sunset. This mountaintop is on all of the “best places to view the sunset in Asheville” lists and we can’t wait to share it with you!

RED CLAY STRAYS
5 years on the road, Red Clay Strays are the hardest working band in the industry. True hell-bent road warriors with old souls, these men of music have it in their bones to give the world the best music and experience it has ever had. Based out of Mobile, AL, the band tours the country non-stop. The band released their debut single, “Good Godly Woman”, in 2019 and followed it with “No Way To Know” in 2020. After 5 years in the making their debut album, “Moment of Truth” is set to be release in April of 2022. Saddle up folks! You are in for a hell of a ride with Red Clay Strays.
Armed with a flat top or backed by a full band, Justin Clyde Williams takes listeners on an emotional journey with his songs and stories you can relate to no matter where you call home.
Capturing the full spectrum of life, the good times and the bad, most of his songs you’ll hear serve as a soundtrack to his own experiences with love, death, heartache and that one time he “ate just a little bit too much of that gummy bear”
Raised on the sounds of traditional country and bluegrass music with a variety of influences, when he’s not performing himself, its not uncommon to see Clyde playing side man for one of his buddies or appearing with Tyler Hatley in the Dick and Tammy show.
Justin Clyde Williams always leaves people wanting more with an unwavering experience that is blunt, therapeutic, candid and above all – unforgettable.

Multi-platinum artists Fitz and the Tantrums have quickly grown from independent upstarts to bonafide hitmakers. The LA-based band
recently released their much-anticipated, fourth full length album “ALL THE FEELS,” featuring singles “123456” and “I Just Wanna
Shine.” “ALL THE FEELS” follows the band’s 2016 release “FITZ AND THE TANTRUMS,” which spawned the group’s biggest hit to
date, “HandClap.” The RIAA-certified 2x Platinum single has logged more than 400 million global streams, went top 5 on both the Hot
AC and Alternative Radio charts, and also enjoyed major airplay across the country at Top 40. The band has brought the infectious
energy of their live shows to the small screen, with nationally televised performances of “HandClap” on ABC’s “Dancing With The
Stars,” “Good Morning America,” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” NBC’s “TODAY,” “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” “America’s Got
Talent,” and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the syndicated “Ellen DeGeneres Show” among others.
Fitz and the Tantrums’ eponymous album followed their breakout major label debut, “MORE THAN JUST A DREAM,” which featured
back-to-back Platinum-certified, #1 Alternative Radio singles in “The Walker” and “Out Of My League.” Both singles also enjoyed Top
15 success at Hot AC. The band has performed countless, sold out headlining shows and is always a standout at music festivals
around the world, including Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and more.
Fitz and the Tantrums are: Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick (vocals), Noelle Scaggs (vocals), James King (saxophone, flute), Jeremy
Ruzumna (keyboards), Joseph Karnes (bass), and John Wicks (drums, percussion).
A fever dream in sonic form, St. Paul & The Broken Bones’ new album The Alien Coast represents the most adventurous and original
output yet from an ever-evolving musical powerhouse. In a profound shift for the Alabama-bred eight-piece—Paul Janeway (vocals),
Jesse Phillips (bass), Browan Lollar (guitar), Kevin Leon (drums), Al Gamble (keyboards), Allen Branstetter (trumpet), Chad Fisher (trombone), and Amari Ansari (saxophone)—the band’s fourth full-length and first for ATO Records strays far from the time-bending
soul of past work like their 2014 debut, arriving at a convergence of rock & roll, R&B, psychedelia and funk. At turns explosive, elegant,
and unhinged, that sound makes for a majestic backdrop to St. Paul & The Broken Bones’ visceral exploration of the strangest
dimensions of the human psyche.
Produced by Matt Ross-Spang, The Alien Coast is the first album St. Paul & The Broken Bones have ever recorded in their hometown
of Birmingham. In creating the ultra-vivid dreamscape threaded throughout The Alien Coast, the band’s chief lyricist drew inspiration
from such disparate sources as Greek mythology, dystopian sci-fi, 17th century Italian sculpture, and colonial-period history books.

In the trajectory of watching great musicians develop, there is no set timetable. Some appear full-blown right from the start, and others can take a whole career to get to that elevated place. Albert Cummings arrived strong right at the beginning and has kept growing over a course of endless tours and nine previous albums, right up to today with the release of the album TEN. It’s the kind of recording that shows exactly why all the accolades and excitement have been deserved. Now, it’s an irrevocable truth that the musician has made his full-on breakthrough. And it comes at exactly the perfect time, when the world is looking into what might be in store past the challenging experience of the pandemic for the last two years. Music, being one of the world’s tried and true joys of life, has always had a way of bringing healing and inspiration to listeners, and at no time in recent decades has it been needed more than now.
Come enjoy an evening of live music, food and drinks at the Isis Music Hall. Reservations are highly recommended.
Reserved Seat Tickets are available with Dinner reservations – You must call the venue at 828-575-2737 to make dinner reservations and secure those tickets.
