To start, we will be holding fast to safety precautions listed below. As the CDC and NC governmental regulations soften, we will follow suit. Please know that we are making every effort to keep both our vendors and our community safe and well.
*No-contact payment: Tap’n’Pay , Venmo, Paypal payments only. No cash payments or card swipes will be accepted.
*Handwashing station upon entering Market
*Limited shopper numbers (car queue will be used, if necessary)
*1 customer at vendor table at a time
*Only touch what you are purchasing
*6ft Social Distancing required
*Masks highly encouraged. All vendors and Market staff will wear masks.
*No Music or Kids tent (yet)
*No craft/artisan vendors until non-essential businesses are allowed to open. We are hopeful this will be by June, or earlier.
Conservation Celebration – Live on Zoom!
Join us for a Celebration of Conservation with live music and storytelling. We will be announcing the 2020 Stan Murray Volunteer of the Year and recognizing Board of Trustees leaders. This will be an interactive Zoom party you won’t want to miss. Pull out your instruments and join in the fun!

Join us for the second webinar in our FREE Recycling Resilience series and get the resources you need to adapt and thrive. While questions and uncertainty are swirling about what a new recycling “normal” will look like, communities are committed to recycling. Programs across the Carolinas are showing creativity and resiliency. Many are achieving a delicate balance to keep employees safe while maintaining core services. Others are making sure residents continue to receive the recycling services they value despite tight budgets at the local level. NC DEACS and SC DHEC will provide a bird’s eye view of what’s happening in the two states and outline strategies that are keeping programs evolving. This event is free but registration is required. We’ll break into small groups to engage each other in conversation; be prepared to socialize and share thoughts about what’s going on in your world — work-related or not! We’ll throw in a few fun questions to get everyone started. If you’d like to contribute a door prize, let us know when you register so we can be prepared to recognize you!
