“Jesse Terry is a gentle soul with a formidable songwriting talent and a clear artistic vision”
— John Platt – WFUV – NYC
The stage had been Jesse’s home for a decade. He plays around 150 shows a year, from Bonnaroo to the Philadelphia Folk Festival, the 30A Songwriters Festival to AmericanaFest. When the pandemic canceled concerts and delayed the album’s release, he pivoted to performing online and found a strong new connection to his fans, who had helped fund his albums all along. “My musical tribe has always been there for me,” he says with gratitude.
Best known for his work as singer, guitarist and chief songwriter for St. Petersburg Florida art-pop band The Ditchflowers, Ed Woltil’s music has been featured on NPR and in Performing Songwriter magazine. He has shared the stage with music industry legends like Richard Thompson, Alex Chilton, Procol Harum, Graham Parker and Chris Isaak. Woltil has garnered numerous national awards, including First Prize in the USA Songwriting Competition, Gospel category; and First Runner-Up in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition, Folk category. Creative Loafing has called Woltil’s music “exquisite…sweet, timeless pop” while Popmatters has said that “every song exhibits supreme musicianship and an insightful yet earthy lyricism.”

With an earnest ability to create a delicate balance of harmony, melody, deep emotion and subtlety, Lee DeWyze’s depth as a songwriter call to mind some of his earliest influences like Simon and Garfunkel, Yusef Islam (Cat Stevens) and Johnny Cash.
D’Arcy is a new alternative act based out of NYC. Her first single “Crush” was released in October 2020 followed by “Bad Girls” in December and “Bad Girls” remix by Morgothbeatz (Juice WRLD, Lil Xan). D’Arcy is the first musical act launched from DRØME, a media company that previously published a multi-issue print magazine featuring Billie Eilish, Sofi Tukker, LPX, OSHUN, Girlpool, Nakaya and more. D’Arcy’s influences range from Fiona Apple to Nine Inch Nails.

Acoustic musicians Hannah Seng and Maya de Vitry have enjoyed a playful intersection of their musical and artistic lives over a decade of friendship — singing on each other’s porches, playing tunes at festivals, and encouraging each other’s craft and dedication through the inevitably trying times of art-making and music-making. They share a deep love for harmony singing, songwriting, and a love for the traditional fiddle and banjo music that anchors their two musical worlds. They are excited to perform as a duo, Hannah & Maya, for the very first time at Isis Music Hall!
Come enjoy an evening of live music, food and drinks in the Isis Music Hall Lounge. Reservations are highly recommended.

It is well known that roots music is passed down from generation to generation. From grandparents to parents and from parents to their children. The inevitable collision between the traditional past and the enormous catalogue of modern music, both spiritual and psychedelic, is the fertile plain that sprouted the roots of The Grass Is Dead. Initially formed as an acoustic offshoot of one of the country’s most beloved GD tribute bands, Crazy Fingers, The Grass Is Dead has evolved over the past ten years into a juggernaut of sound and a festival favorite up and down the east coast, to Colorado and back. Their live performances bring into view a traditional sensibility of bluegrass, swing, and folk music launched directly onto a psychedelic paintbrush of modern influences, most importantly, the music of the Grateful Dead. Captivating audiences with their unique interpretations and thoughtful arrangements of songs by the GD, Jerry Garcia, and many others, as well as their extensive file of traditional roots music at their command, it’s only a matter of time until the buzz that they have created will reach the West Coast as well. The Grass Is Dead are very much alive and well, rocking out and and picking their way across this great country.
