A special yoga collaboration with Billy Zanski, owner of Skinny Beats Sound Shop. A local and well known soundscape artist, Billy will play the drums to create a peaceful atmosphere to assist in relaxation while we flow on the rooftop of the Aloft hotel downtown. Instructor Mauni will lead the class in an all-levels vinyasa class. Please bring your own mat & water. Arrive 15 minutes early to the Aloft lobby and you will be escorted up by an Aloft employee to the rooftop. Please keep in mind weather could be cooler, so bring layers!
Bask in lunar energy during this full moon yoga session with Namaste in Nature. The mountains are said to be a natural vortex of spiritual energy, which makes Chimney Rock an ideal setting for connecting your spirit with nature.
Lightweight yoga mats will be provided by your certified yoga teacher. This class is open to all levels of expertise. Advance registration is required. Book your spot below.

Come join Mandy of Funky Flow Yoga for an all-levels Halloween mimosa yoga class at plēb urban winery! This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We will be enjoying mimosas, so put on both your yoga pants and your drinking pants for this class!
Stick around afterwards and taste some fabulous wines, or just keep the mimosa thing going! The River Arts District, where this class is located, has some awesome food options in the surrounding area, so plan to make a day out of it.
For our special Halloween class, we will have some spooky music, a costume contest (both couples and individual prizes awarded), and Halloween candy, of course!
Class is $10. You may purchase any mimosas or other wines you’d like at the bar.

Want to work on your handstands and other inversions to get your feet up and work on your strength? This one’s for you!
This will be a workshop for all levels! We’ll learn breathwork to prep the body for practice/inversions, as well as poses, drills and transitions.
Everything is optional, and the class will be taught from the ground up and yoga buffet style. Meaning, the most accessible posture is taught first, moving up towards inversions. The practitioner has full autonomy over how far they want to go and are cued to stay or play, knowing they can come out or take it up whenever they choose.

How do we tap into the inner union of the masculine and feminine within ourselves? Shamanic astrology offers a unique lens into this process by looking at the natal placement of the Moon, Mars, and Venus. This workshop is for anyone looking to gain greater insight into their personal path toward archetypal inner wholeness. In these three hours you will have such an understanding of your own inner union, that you will be able to confidently avoid “outsourcing” – or projecting your inner masculine or feminine onto partners, friends, family, and co-workers unconsciously. You will have the tools for more completeness, based on your own astrological placement.
With access to your own charts, we will work your individual natal placements followed by a movement/embodiment practice. We’ll vision into what the inner union between these archetypes might look like in your life. We will work as a community, sharing and holding each other accountable.
