 The Hemp X Hot Box:Roll with us Fridays from 5-10pm as we coast a route through West Asheville and Downtown. Stops at UpCountry Brewing, One World Brewing West, Foggy Mountain, and The One Stop. Exploring Botanical Extraction: What is Whole-Spectrum Hemp Extract? Our friends at Asheville Botanicals invite you into the extraction lab to learn about production, processing and how hemp nourishes the endocannabinoid system. After the tour, we’ll visit the neighbors at Cursus Keme to nourish our souls with a tasty craft brew! We’ll offer this experience periodically on Saturdays; tickets includes a ride on the Hemp Xpress Trolley, a hemp pre-roll, a 45 minute tour of Asheville Botanicals and a bubbly beverage from Cursus Keme! First Tour Date Saturday July 11th 1pm-4:20pm. Join Leaflin for a Vinyasa flow practice designed to welcome the Summer season. Link movement and breath in the (spatially-distant) company of others, as we practice traditional sun salutations and an all-levels flow. Please bring a mat or towel to practice on, if you like. Breathe, move, and find your center under the solstice sun.

*This practice will take place in a PRIVATE OUTDOOR LOCATION in West Asheville . Exact location will be send after registration.
**In the case of rain, you may use the class pass purchased for future Outdoor Yoga class or any live stream yoga class.

❗Don’t forget to hydrate well & gather any props you may have or objects that can be used as a prop(i.e. belts/hand towels/large pillow cases for straps, thick sturdy novel books or short stools for blocks, thick large blankets that are supportive & less to sink in when sat on!) Using a large towel is a good alternative for a yoga mat!
