COMING SOON

BURGERS • BEER • RAW BAR

Deciding to open or holding tight has been extremely difficult & nerve wracking. We are super stoked to be so close to opening that we can taste it, but damn are we facing some serious challenges! Opening a new restaurant or any business is far from easy by any sense of the word especially during a pandemic. Tremendous challenges, limited alcohol sales, curfews & now limitations to 30% indoor capacity.
This being said, we have chosen to persevere & PUSH THROUGH with our original full menu, 20 beers on draft, nice selection of delicious vino which will be available ALL DAY with 6 or 7 days in mind. We are shooting for the 14th of January!🙌 Through indoor & outdoor dining as well as take out, we can’t wait to serve you & earn your trust as one of your NEW favorite family-owned & operated mainstays! Cheers to 2021, let’s make it great!!

Rabbit Rabbit

his animated feature is beloved by boys and girls, and fans of all ages, with its timeless message of “Just keep swimming!” We have heated tables and regular tables still available, for parties of up to 6. The seating for the movie begins at 3:30pm but we’ll be open before that if you want to arrive early and grab a beer, cocktail or a taco!

Also, our awesome RR krewe has just finished installation of 3 new Garden Igloos. These geodesic dome structures add great insulation and wind barrier for enjoying our space on chilly days! For now, they are first come, first serve. Though they have windows and a door for ventilation, please do not enter an igloo with anyone outside of your quarantine pod. Masks are still required at all times when visiting Rabbit Rabbit, except when you are actively eating or drinking. We have a special electrostatic disinfectant sprayer that will be used to sanitize the space and all surfaces between groups of guests. As always, Rabbit Rabbit staff do not provide table service and will not be entering Igloos while occupied by our guests. Due to sightlines, they will not be available as ticketed movie viewing seats.

Feed Our City Free Meal Pop-Up
Jan 16 @ 10:30 am – 1:00 pm
The Asheville Masonic Temple

Starting January 9, Asheville Strong will host free meal pop-ups every Saturday at Asheville Masonic Temple. As part of our Feed Our City program, the pop-up events are intended to help out anyone who could use a bit of comfort and a good hot meal right now, no questions asked.
The Feed Our City Meal Pop-Up hosts one restaurant partner per month, who will cook 300 meals every Saturday for distribution downtown at Asheville Masonic Temple, located at 80 Broadway Street.
January’s meal pop-up features Gypsy Queen Cuisine! (Who’s excited?! We are! It’s gonna be delish.)
The Feed Our City Meal Pop-Up kicks off January 9, and happens every Saturday from 10:30am-1pm, or until meals run out.
How It Works:
–Meals are individually packaged and ready to eat (or take home, refrigerate, heat and eat later).
–Utensils and bottled water will be provided.
–There is no charge for meals, and no questions asked.
–Individuals can pick up meals for themselves or for their families to go.
–The pop-up will take place outside the Masonic Temple in the adjoining parking lot, so you can drive through and pick up meals quickly and safely.
–Walk-ups are welcome.
–Masks are required and social distancing protocols will be followed at all times.
–Vegetarian? We may have some options for you (as long as supplies last)!
–Due to the nature of this pop-up, we cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, etc.)
In the event of inclement weather, any changes or cancellations will be posted to Asheville Strong’s social media channels by 8am the morning of the pop-up.
Questions? Contact Catherine Campbell at Asheville Strong: [email protected].

The Jakob’s Ferry Stragglers
Jan 16 @ 7:00 pm
Isis Music Hall

Hailing from the mountain towns of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland, The Jakob’s Ferry Stragglers draw freely from Old-Time, Bluegrass, Rockabilly, and Swing music to create their own brand of high energy, Appalachian Bluegrass. Gary Antol (guitar/vocals) and Libby Eddy (fiddle/vocals) founded the band in 2014 with a very simple goal: write good songs, honor the music, and take it to the road. In the time since, Jakob’s Ferry Stragglers has performed in clubs across the country and appeared at festivals including Delfest, Grey Fox, Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival, and many more.

Come enjoy an evening of live music, food and drinks at the Isis Music Hall. Reservations are highly recommended.

The Arcadian Wild
Jan 16 @ 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm
The Grey Eagle

The Arcadian Wild

Led by songwriters Isaac Horn (guitar) and Lincoln Mick (mandolin), and with the support of other gifted musicians, The Arcadian Wild confidently inhabits and explores an intersection of genre, blending the traditional with the contemporary in order to create a unique acoustic sound that is simultaneously unified and diverse. With one foot planted firmly in choral and formal vocal music, and the other in progressive folk and bluegrass, the band offers up songs of invitation: calls to come and see, to find refuge and rest, or to journey and wonder. In May 2019, The Arcadian Wild released their sophomore record, “Finch in the Pantry” (May 2019), which debuted at #9 on the Billboard bluegrass charts.

The Henderson County Education Foundation: Food for Thought

Henderson NC
Henderson County Education Foundation’s 6th Annual Food for Thought Event Gives Back to Area Restaurants
The Henderson County Education Foundation will host its sixth-annual Food for Thought event January 18 through January 24. The community is invited to dine-in or take-out at local, participating establishments that have participated in the annual event over the past six years or are newcomers to the Hendersonville food scene.
This year, Food for Thought: Covid Edition, is shifting the focus. Historically, restaurant partners have donated a portion of sales back to HCEF, but because the pandemic has greatly affected the restaurant industry, HCEF is not asking for donations from the restaurants.
“We wanted to encourage our community to patronize the restaurants that have faithfully supported us in the past,” says Summer Stipe, Executive Director of HCEF. “We know the industry is hurting, and we wanted to help them while also giving folks the ability to donate and support local public education. When customers dine-in or take-out at the participating restaurants, they can also give to HCEF by either putting donations in the designated donation jar, texting FOOD4THOUGHT to 44321, or making a donation on our website, www.hcefnc.org/food.”
The week will benefit both businesses and the Foundation with a large selection of participating restaurants; many taking part in the event for the sixth year in a row. Eating establishments participating in the event include: 2nd Act Coffee, Alykat Deli, Appalachian Coffee Company, Arabella Breakfast and Brunch, Blue Sky Café, Bold Rock Cidery, Dry Falls Brewing Company, Flat Rock Village Bakery, Fletcher Village Bakery, Hannah Flanagan’s, HenDough Chicken & Donuts, Honey + Salt, Janitzio Mexican Restaurant, Mike’s on Main, Oklawaha Brewing, Postero, Southern Appalachian Brewery, Three Chopt, West First Wood-Fired, Whit’s Frozen Custard, and Zen Hen.
Many participating restaurants are fellow Chamber Members, we encourage you to pick your favorite and show them some support!
