Escape the summer heat with an international line-up of our favorite pink (and pinkish) wines. Travel from Spain to Slovakia to explore the varying expressions of rosé from culture to culture.
Looking exclusively at dry wines, we will discover how climate, grape variety, and tradition inform the various styles and examine ways that a little (or a lot) of skin contact can affect a finished wine.
We’ll also discuss how rosé can graduate from a sunny-day porch sipper to a serious accompaniment to the dining table and explore which foods make excellent pairings and why. This ticketed event has limited seating and is available for purchase now.
