Join us in kicking off the Spring season with this special introductory price! Our workshops last between 1-2 hours and include all information and materials needed to create a fun, living terrarium. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced crafters! Instruction covers learning about air plants, care tips, design principles, and more. We include everything needed to create your terrarium, from the container and plants to fun additions like shells, driftwood, gemstones and crystals, figurines, and more. A gift box and care instructions are included to ensure your success. Participants are welcome to bring (waterproof) figurines or other design additions that they’d like to incorporate into their terrarium. Please register and purchase tickets at www.Vivid-Event.com . Fern Way Farm School summer camps are open to and inclusive of EVERYONE! All the camps are set at a sliding-scale price system, and families may pick the respective price option that works for their budget and family. Fern Way believes everyone should have access to beautiful places to tend, play and explore.

• The Fern Way Farm School Family Camp June 13-17 offers outdoor fun for all ages. Hike our 6+ miles of trails and cool streams, do some gardening, play with our chickens, cook together with fresh produce and stay in our cozy cabins together.
• Marvel & Mystery summer camps this July are for kids in grades K-5. They will spend their days outside exploring trails, learning about forest plants and creatures, gardening and spending time with chickens.
• At Fern Way Farm School’s Curiosity & Connection Overnight Camp for middle schoolers from July 27-30, campers will get to choose from fun and educational sessions involving wildcraft skills, nature art, outdoor cooking + more!
• High schoolers may attend an overnight camp June 28-July 2, where they will spend time outdoors gardening, hiking and exploring, learning about interconnection in our beautiful, yet often uncertain and confusing, world.
• Girls will have SO MUCH FUN at a special Girls on the Run summer camp! Designed specifically for girls in grades 3-5, campers will be empowered to learn about positive self-esteem and community engagement through gardening, hiking and other outdoor activities. This camp integrates the powerful Girls on the Run curriculum and is supported by Girls on the Run of WNC

WE’RE LOCALS IS COMING TO ASHEVILLE!
We’re Locals is a unique live multimedia show where two bozos (Dan Vetrano and Aaron Nevins) do their best to blend in with the natives in a completely different town every seven days, culminating in one dazzling show at the end of the week.
Dan and Aaron comb your bars, businesses and peculiar classified ads to find the most fascinating people around, following strange paths to meet even stranger strangers, scouring your thrift shops for choice finds, and generally embarking on insane life-changing experiences that they’ll tell you all about.
In addition, We’re Locals aims to showcase the colorful and vibrant idiosyncrasies of each town, rounding up local bands, comedians and artists and shining a spotlight on the workers, craftspeople and small businesses that make each place unique.
Come on out to We’re Locals for one night only of charmingly idiotic powerpoint presentations, games, surprises, and weird Wifi names from your neighborhood. By the end of the week, you might even confuse Dan and Aaron for your neighbors.
