Levels 1+

Get ready for 2024. Set your intentions and release what needs to stay in 2023. This class includes an extra 30 minutes of chakra balancing, while you lie back or sit in meditation.

As a practice, we challenge that in yoga by building heat in the body and releasing excess water, so we can be our strongest and fittest, boosting our immune system and staving off depression.

Jettie Rae’s Oyster House will offer a special New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner for two. The meal includes two glasses of Champagne, a dozen New England oysters on the half shell, white sturgeon caviar canapés, whole lobster thermidor, and choice of dessert, with options like key lime pie and flourless chocolate torte. The regular menu will also be available.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with chef David Van Tassel’s four-course, prix fixe dinner at Posana. The menu also includes amuse bouche and a New Year’s eggnog cocktail. Wine pairings are available.

Help us relaunch the Westie scene in a premier venue showcasing spacious dance floors, high ceilings, and a vintage vibe. If you are new to West Coast Swing, come check out for yourself the popular dance style that can be done to a wide variety of music, including pop, country, blues, and contemporary music! For those looking to advance their skills, the Hendersonville WCS community is excited to welcome Pro Instructor Ryan Pflumm to Continuum!

As always, the dress is casual and no partner is needed. Join us for an incredible night of connecting and dancing with our MONTHLY event every FIRST Wednesday!

Masks are encouraged but, not required.

Cash, cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash app are accepted.

Great Indian food with vegan and gluten-free options, plus a parking lot! We will be on the covered heated patio.
You will have a chance to pay $10 yearly dues as well. Again, please be courteous in changing your RSVP in a timely manner if your plans change.

Your children are welcome anytime between 5-10 pm, pizza dinner is included, $40 for the first child & $20 for each additional sibling. Only 18 spots are available – registration is open on our website!

Please join us for lunch at Twisted Laurel in downtown Asheville, then let’s walk the short distance to the Asheville Art Museum, where they are having a special exhibition on photorealistic perspective.

For those that RSVP to this event, please purchase your museum tickets prior to attending. The museum states they release their tickets on the 15th of each month for the coming month, so please consider reserving your ticket on or around December 15th for the January 6th meetup. Join Lizz Bixby, Director of Education at Mushroom Mountain, as she explores the topic of sustainability and how mushrooms fit into a sustainable lifestyle. Lizza will describe the importance of mushrooms and fungi in our food systems, their role in the ecosystem, innovative mycological solutions, and the future potentials of mushrooms in our daily lives.
